Pick & Pack Crew – Christmas Season (10 Weeks, Casual)
This is our busiest, craziest time of year — and we love it!!
Black Friday through to Christmas is non‑stop. Orders flying in, the pace is high, hype music blasting and our small, tight crew getting it done. We need two casuals to join us in Port Adelaide and help us smash it.
You’ll be in the thick of it, moving fast and holding a high standard while the orders keep coming. It’s high‑energy work.
We need 2x high energy legends who show up every day, keep the pace up, and don’t let the standard drop. If that’s how you like to work, you’ll fit right in.
The deal:
Approx. 10 weeks (depending on start date), immediate start to around 20 Dec
30–40 hours/week, 7am starts, with possible overtime if required
On your feet most of the shift, no heavy lifting
Potential for fulltime or ongoing positions for high performers!
The standard:
Fast, accurate and reliable, every shift
Attention to detail — every customer and every order matters
Pick/pack experience ideal, attitude matters more
Fun, but serious. High standards, performance‑driven crew
Must take pride in work — we gift wrap and present our parcels immaculately
Available for the whole block, no exceptions. If you can’t commit right through, don’t apply
The upside: Smash it and fit the crew, and this can turn into an ongoing full‑time role continuing into the New Year!
