Summary: We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to work on a per-event basis, producing our schedule of prestigious events, ranging from intimate social gatherings to our world-renowned Signature parties.
Job requirements:
- Manage and coordinate Signature parties (up to 75 guests)
- Manage and coordinate Mini Skirt events (25-50 guests)
- Flexible availability for additional events throughout the year
- Commitment to being present at events under your management
- Source and liaise with performer, speaker and venue to align with agreed theme
- Oversee budget (forecast profits, reconcile finances, process invoices and expenses)
- Purchase food, drink, consumables, decorations, costumes etc.
- Organise and liaise with bar staff and hostesses
- Set-up, run, close and clean-up events
- Manage inventory
Desirable skills:
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Managing multiple projects independently
- Experience working within and managing teams
- Confidence in public speaking and hosting
- An understanding of, and alignment with the Skirt Club brand and party etiquette

CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENT: The position is for an independent consultant, not a paid member of staff so must hold adequate insurance and licenses.
FEE: The role is contracted to each individual event. The fee varies by event and by market size.
