We're looking for someone who is excited about making a difference in the lives of our curious, energetic and wonderfully adventurous 3–4-year-olds!
Starting now, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Get to know your room, children, families and fellow educators
- Build strong, positive relationships and become a valued part of the Skippy's Crew
- Help plan and deliver fun, meaningful and engaging learning experiences
- Develop your leadership skills with guidance from our experienced team
- Build confidence with room routines, programming and daily operations
- Prepare to take the lead as Room Leader in 2027!
Is This You?
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or are actively working towards one
- Experience working in early childhood education, ideally with children aged 3–4 years
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A passion for creating engaging, play-based learning experiences
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- A commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practices
- A desire to grow your leadership skills and take ownership of a room in 2027!
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who loves what they do, brings positive energy to the room and is ready to grow with us!
