This Hospital is a major trauma referral centre with 20 Emergency beds.
Staffing levels for each shift time:
- 7 staff on 0800-1830 & 1300-2300 / 1 night in-charge Registrar 22300830 7 days a week
- 2 staff (SRMO & RMO) on 2230-0830 7 days a week
Specialists on each day shift and evening shift work 10hr shifts. There is always a Specialist on-call overnight who will come into ED if any issues or traumas arise.
