Salary of between $79,500 - $85,000 pa plus superannuation
An outstanding opportunity awaits you! Our client, located in SA is looking for full-time Sand Blasters.
About the Role:
Our client is a large engineering company specialising in vehicle body building looking to employ Sand Blasters to repair and fabricate various bespoke products.
About you:
We are seeking experienced Sand Blasters with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work and can work alongside an established team.
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements
- Prepare, clean, grind, shape, and treat metal, steel structures, and heavy machinery surfaces to meet strict industrial and engineering specifications.
- Prepare surface and media
- Operate and calibrate equipment safely
- Maintenance of equipment
- Health Safety and Environment Compliance
Requirements
- Must ensure you have an AQF certificate II or at least 2 years of experience.
- Minimum of at least 12 months of fulltime experience in a similar role
To become a part of the team you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication skills.
