Located in Regency Park in northern metropolitan Adelaide, our client is a diverse mechanical engineering company with a proud history of designing, manufacturing, and installing a wide range of conveyors, material handling systems, chute work and associated structural elements.
Our client is looking for a contracts administrator to work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineering Professionals. It will involve data analysis and project reporting, overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations.
Your duties would include:
- Developing, reviewing, evaluating project contracts and variations
- Responding to inquiries and problem-solving regarding programs, projects, and services
- Managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects and services
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
You will need:
- A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of “hands on” experience working in a similar position
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Very detail orientated
- Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
- Proven commercial acumen
- Excellent time management
