St John of God Ballarat Hospital in Ballarat is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for our Surgical & Midwifery Ward on a permanent full-time basis. You will lead nursing practice, coordinate ward operations and mentor staff in a supportive, values-driven environment.
As a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife stepping into leadership, you will collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
