SJ Power is looking for an experienced Solar Electrical Team Leader to take ownership of residential solar and battery installations across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and Central Coast.
This role isn't a hands-off handover; you'll lead the crew on site, set the standard for workmanship and ensure every installation is safe, compliant and high quality. You'll still be hands-on and on the tools while developing your team and taking ownership of the results.
