- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and incident reports.
Skills
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, dementia or mental health issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and strategies for supporting individuals with their needs.
Qualifications
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
