SIRV Group is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker for a Millbridge SIL home in Western Australia.
You will provide person-centred care to a participant with complex needs within a small, consistent team, supporting daily routines and community participation.
The role requires flexibility for a 24/7 rotating roster, a current WA driver’s licence, and certification in First Aid/CPR with NDIS checks or willingness to obtain them.
Training provided as needed.
