Forklift Driver / Storeperson | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start
- Location: Western Sydney (Horsley Park & Ardnell Park)
- Pay Rate: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour + Super
- Work Type: Temporary to Permanent | Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable, experienced Forklift Drivers / Storepersons and High Reach Forklift Drivers for excellent opportunities across various sites in Western Sydney. This is a fantastic chance to secure a long-term role with an immediate start, featuring a clear pathway from a temporary contract to a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (including Counterbalance and High Reach) for receiving and dispatching goods.
- Perform general warehouse duties including manual handling, picking, and packing.
- Utilize RF scanning for accurate inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Wrap, palletise, and stage products for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Skills & Experience Required
- Current, valid Forklift (LF) Licence.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or Storeperson (previous High Reach experience essential for High Reach roles).
- Solid reliability and commitment to a full-time, Monday to Friday schedule.
- Familiarity with RF scanning (highly regarded).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
