We’re looking for an experienced Production Die Setter / Injection Moulder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Fairfield on a permanent afternoon shift. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with strong injection moulding and die-setting experience who enjoys working in a quality-focused production environment.
Afternoon Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 2:15pm – 10:45pm
- Friday: 11:45am – 5:45pm

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for the setup and operation of injection moulding machines, including die changes, machine adjustments, troubleshooting and monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Die Setter and/or Injection Moulder
- Experience with Arburg injection moulding machines highly regarded
- Medical device manufacturing experience highly desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of quality and production requirements
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
