Every day, you'll meet people with different needs, experiences and levels of confidence. As a Retail Consultant, you'll listen carefully, explain things simply and help customers feel comfortable making decisions that work for them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Success in this role comes from balancing great customer experiences with the everyday responsibilities that help a store run well, from achieving team goals to following the processes that keep customers and the business safe.
• Help customers find the right products, services and solutions for their needs.
• Make technology easier to understand through clear conversations and practical advice.
• Guide customers through decisions so they feel informed and confident in their choices.
• Support customers through questions, concerns and unexpected issues with care and professionalism.
• Contribute to customer experience, sales and store goals while following the right processes and standards.
• Work closely with your team and continue learning to create a positive store experience every day.
