Sinclair Projects Pty Ltd in Hervey Bay is seeking a Site Foreman to lead a commercial showroom and warehouse development on a 12-month maximum term contract. You will run the site day to day, manage the program, quality and safety, and work with a small, hands-on team.
You will coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, track milestones and budgets, perform regular site inspections, resolve WHS and buildability issues, and liaise with architects and engineers to resolve design changes.
