About the Role
You'll play a key role in growing our membership community by:
- Welcoming walk-ins and giving club tours
- Connecting with prospective members and converting enquiries into memberships
- Generating new leads through phone calls and local networking
- Planning and participating in community outreach activities
- Building strong relationships with current and potential members
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the club
- Helping with member questions at the front desk
About You
- Has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
- Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Has customer service or sales experience
- Is available to work 10 hours a week, Thursday 2pm to 7pm and Friday 2pm to 7pm
Pay Rate
$28.50 an hour plus super (Fitness Industry Award, Level 2). Casual would be $35.60 an hour plus super.
