Hastings Deering, based in Acacia Ridge, is seeking a People Systems Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract to join the People and Culture function. Reporting to the Systems Enablement Lead, you will drive Workday roadmap delivery, analyse processes, and deliver system improvements across the employee lifecycle.
You will partner with stakeholders, coordinate UAT, maintain data governance, and support testing; experience with Workday preferred, strong analytical and communication skills.
