Silverchain is seeking a Care Worker to support aged care clients at home in Moorabbin and surrounding areas. You will perform general housekeeping, meal prep, laundry and personal care tasks, while building strong relationships with clients and their families.
You will help clients get out of bed, assist with medications, mobility and transport to activities, providing compassionate, independent support tailored to needs. A valid driver's licence and a willingness to travel are required.
