About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused, experienced Automotive Dealership Service Advisor to join our team.
As the link between our customers and workshop, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle handover. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that combines customer service, coordination and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
- Manage service bookings and repair appointments - Multi task.
- Prepare repair orders and coordinate workshop activities
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Provide service estimates and explain recommended repairs
- Liaise with technicians, parts and management teams
- Conduct vehicle handovers and explain completed work
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and workshop efficiency
About You
- Has experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role
- Enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service
- Has strong organisational and time management skills
- Communicates confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
- Works well in a team environment for goal achievement
- Enjoys working within the automotive industry
- Is professional, reliable and well presented
- Has strong computer skills and can manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Era Power will be highly regarded
- Holds a current Driver's Licence and can obtain a National Police Check
- Wants to move from Senior technician / Workshop controller to Service advisor
