Silverchain is seeking experienced Home Care Workers to join our Transitional Aged Care Program in Collaroy and surrounds. You will provide post-hospital home support, including personal care, exercise assistance, transport, meals, and domestic help, in a part-time capacity.
Registered with a Certificate III in Aged Care or similar, you will have at least 6 months' experience, a valid Australian driver's licence, a reliable vehicle, and be compliant with vaccination requirements.
