Silverchain is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Specialist Palliative Care Service in WA. You will support clients and families at home, delivering high-quality care with a focus on symptom management and quality of life.
Role involves 7-day coverage, day/evening shifts, and occasional nights, with extensive orientation and a team-based approach in the community. Full-time roles preferred; 0.8–0.9 options also welcomed.
