Silverchain is seeking a multi-skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospital in the Home service in Maddington on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide comprehensive community-based care across shifts from 7.00am to 9.00pm, Monday to Sunday, with weekend penalty rates.
Bring advanced clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, plus 2+ years post-grad nursing experience and current AHPRA registration.
