Silverchain seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Multidisciplinary Care team, focusing on enabling clients to re-engage with the community. You will work with OTs, physios, nursing, podiatry and therapy assistants to deliver person-centred care.
Role involves developing and overseeing enablement programmes, supporting clients toward their goals, and coordinating with the broader team to ensure high-quality care.
