How You’ll Make an Impact Every Day

- Manage appointments, bookings and client communications
- Support the day-to-day operation of the clinic, including payments, reporting and administration
- Work closely with therapists, nurses and clinic leaders to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming reception environment
- Build strong client relationships and support client retention
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the client journey

- Previous experience in a reception, administration or customer service role (preferred)
