Customer Service Representative (Transport)
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Landside Logistics team in, based in Yennora. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our valued and expanding customer base.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Key Accountabilities
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational system records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service outcomes
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a transport operational environment (essential)
- Relevant qualification, licence, or industry certification (desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems
