We're offering a unique hybrid Field Services Expert role combining technical field engineering services with clinical applications support. You’ll receive extensive hands‑on training in Australia and internationally and support a portfolio of pathology laboratory diagnostic systems across the NSW/ACT region.
Your Role
- Visiting customer sites across NSW/ACT which include public/private hospitals and laboratories.
- Engineering support (80%) - Perform installations, preventative maintenance, upgrades and corrective services.
- Applications support (20%) - Deliver application training, workflow optimisation and ongoing customer support.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve system performance and patient outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams and share customer insights to support product improvements.
- Adhere to all EHS and compliance requirements.
Your Expertise
- The successful candidate will be trade qualified or university trained.
- Happy to work autonomously when trained.
- Hold an unrestricted driver's licence.
- Able to travel across state, interstate and overseas.
- Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
