Show Tile Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Showroom Assistant to join our team in Bankstown, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our busy tile showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and successful retail business in the heart of Western Sydney.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers, providing a friendly and professional service
- Assisting customers with product selection, offering guidance and advice on tile choices
- Maintaining the showroom's presentation, ensuring displays are well-organised
- Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
- Providing administrative support, such as answering phone enquiries and updating inventory records
- Working closely with the Showroom Manager to support the smooth running of the business
What we're looking for
- Willingness to learn new knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Keen interest in home improvement and design
- Proficient in using basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture
- Availability to work during standard business hours, including Saturdays
