About the Role
- As the Certificate III/Diploma Educator you will
- Develop relationships with families
Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Communicate regularly with families about their child?s learning, development and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with families to understand and support each child?s individual needs.
- Plan and provide learning experiences that support children?s development.
- Work effectively as part of an early childhood education team.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for children.
- Share observations and information with colleagues and families while maintaining confidentiality.
- Up to 38 hours per week, some flexibility with hours and Days

- Working with the team to support and implement the program
About You
As a qualified Early Childhood Educator with a passion for children and working in a collaborative environment, you will be able to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, leadership and how you incorporate First Nations perspectives in your pedagogy and practice.
- Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Approved Employer Victorian Working with Children's Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Experience working with children (Desirable)
- Experience working in a kindergarten setting (Desirable)
