The Field Service Engineer NSW/ACT role will install, maintain, and repair Shimadzu's range of scientific instruments. You will provide customer training on system operation, software, and routine maintenance, and deliver technical support across NSW/ACT. Travel within Australia is required, and collaboration with the established New South Wales team is essential to ensure exceptional service and support.

About you
- Strong technical communication skills and a diagnostic troubleshooting mindset
- 3+ years' experience servicing LC/LCMS instruments; GC/GCMS experience highly desirable
- Qualifications in Chemistry, Biomedical Science or Electronics along with experience within scientific instrumentation
- Experience in a similar role or as an advanced user of LC/GC chromatography and mass spectrometry instrumentation
- Proficiency with Windows business applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of Shimadzu software solutions is an advantage
- Restricted Electrical Workers License preferred
