Finance Officer | Accounts Receivable & Reconciliations
You'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day financial operations as a Finance Officer based in Parramatta on an initial six-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Accounts Receivable, financial operations, reconciliations or general accounting who is keen to build on their existing skills and gain broader exposure across finance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Performing bank, general ledger (GL) and debt reconciliations
- Managing incoming and outgoing payments and associated transactions
- Supporting Accounts Receivable (AR), payment allocations and debt collection activities
- Assisting with month-end reconciliations and financial reporting
- Supporting intercompany reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring transactions are processed efficiently
About you
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations or Financial Reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations and general ledger transactions
- Debt management, collections and payment processing
- Month-end processes and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with NetSuite will be advantageous
