We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator looking to make their mark in our branch at Garbutt. If you would like to become a member of our friendly team we will offer ongoing training and support to assist you with further career advancement within the company.
Your duties would include but would not be limited to:
- Preparing customer orders and expediting goods to site.
- Managing customer relationships and expectations.
- Contributing to project planning activities and project schedule record keeping.
- Managing quote requests and negotiations with current or potential suppliers.
- Preparation of reports and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and costs.
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
- Strong Excel and Word experience.
- Strong co-ordination and problem solving skills.
- Be able to use initiative and to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment.
- Professional presentation and high level of communication skills.
