About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Design Development and Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing Sherbrooke's marketing activities across a range of digital and traditional channels.
This is a hands‐on role that will see you working closely with our Sales management team and external marketing partners to strengthen our brand, generate quality enquiries and promote the outstanding work completed by our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement the Company's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz and other relevant channels.
- Assist with website updates, blogs, images and marketing content.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and client communications through our CRM.
- Work with our external digital marketing agency to support SEO, SEM and online marketing initiatives.
- Monitor website traffic, Google Analytics, Google Ads and campaign performance.
- Assist with client surveys, testimonials and online reviews.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Coordinate submissions for industry awards, including HIA and MBA Awards.
- Assist with the preparation of brochures, signage and other marketing material.
- Help maintain Sherbrooke's strong brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
- Attend and contribute to regular marketing and Sales meetings, bringing new ideas and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have
- Experience in a marketing or marketing coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- An understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing principles.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
- A passion for delivering high‐quality work and exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience within the building, construction or property industry would be highly regarded but is not essential.
