What You’ll Do:
- As a key member of our Retail Leadership Team, you’ll bring vision, structure, and positivity to a diverse multi-site portfolio.
- Your mission? To drive performance, build capability, and lead with authenticity.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores.
- Motivate your teams to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Coach and develop store leaders through regular check-ins, reviews, and training plans.
- Optimise wage control and operational efficiency across the region.
- Foster an inclusive, high-energy culture that reflects SHEIKE’s values.
- Lead succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent.
- Support visual merchandising execution with a strong commercial lens.
- Maintain strong communication and feedback loops with HQ and store teams.
What You’ll Bring:

- 3+ years in a store management / leadership role.
- Proven experience in fashion retail with strong styling knowledge.
- A track record of delivering results through people and process.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

- A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel.
