SHCS Sydney Health & Care Services in Wollongong NSW is hiring a Residential Care Worker (High Intensity) to support individuals in Supported Independent Living.
This casual/temporary role offers shifts across a 24/7 roster, with 3–8 hour shifts and a focus on high and frequent behaviours of concern.
You will work with clients with ASD Level 3 and intellectual disability, follow BSP strategies, provide personal care, medication support, and maintain dignity and safety.
