We build premium residential landscapes across the Shire and greater Sydney, and demand is strong. What we need now is a Project manager who raises the standard on every site, by doing the work, leading the crew and keeping jobs on plan so every project finishes on time, finishes clean, and leaves the client delighted.
This role is for you if:
- You notice the small things: the uneven grout line, the gap at the corner, the materials that should have been ordered yesterday.
- You can't walk past work that isn't right, and you'd redo it before you'd hand it over.
- You want a career, not just a job, and you're after the next step.
- You can lift a whole crew's performance without being a dictator.
- You'd rather run a tight, well-planned site than a busy, chaotic one.
Your role will include:
- Oversee and manage residential landscaping construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Schedule and coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and resources.
- Provide hands‐on on‐site support, training, and technical guidance where required.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members.
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project.
- Health and Safety responsibilities
- Assist with estimating, project planning, and project handovers where required.
- Provide regular reporting and operational updates to the Director, including project performance, staffing, and resource requirements

What we need from you:
- Extensive experience in all areas of Residential Landscape Construction is a must.
- Experience using job management software would be a bonus.
- Organised with an eye for detail
- Practical mindset and be able to think on your feet
- Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch
