About the Role
Responsibilities
- Root cause analysis of issues in the P2P function; design workflow to correct this and think beyond the initial task at hand
Work with offshore team and managed service provider daily to identify areas of improvement in process analysis
- Analyse and implement opportunities for automation across wider business process
- Ensure smooth day to day running of the AP function
- Process improvement; review all SOPs and re‑write processes to ensure the smoothest possible action
- System integration skills
Qualifications
- Strong background across Shared Service/P2P environment in leadership/project based roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with offshore teams/managed service providers
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes, controls, and operating models.
- Experience delivering process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement measures
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- An eye for problem solving; can drive long‑term solutions.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Nice to have)
