Sharp & Carter is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability function at a brand‐new, highly automated FMCG site in Western Sydney. You will drive a shift from reactive to planned maintenance, stabilise new assets, and manage legacy equipment while owning the maintenance budget and spares strategy.
You will lead 4 direct reports and a broader trades team, ensuring safety, environmental and food-safety compliance and driving CMMS governance.
