A high-profile opportunity exists for an experienced Head of FP&A to join a fast-growing FMCG/Retail business during a significant period of growth, transformation and capability uplift. Reporting to the GM Finance, you will lead the ANZ FP&A function, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive commercial performance, planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Deliver executive and board-level insights and commentary
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain leaders
- Drive pricing, margin and profitability analysis
- Lead and develop a small FP&A team
- Support systems, reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the business's growth and transformation agenda
About You
- CA/CPA qualified
- 10+ years' experience across FP&A and commercial finance
- FMCG, Retail or Consumer Products experience preferred
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Able to bring structure, best practice and influence at a senior level
