Sharp Brains is seeking a Network Engineer I to install, configure and maintain enterprise network gear including switches, routers, firewalls and APs. You will perform onsite rack installation, cabling, and hardware replacement, and handle configuration via console and remote tools.
You will troubleshoot L1–L3 issues, coordinate with remote Systal engineers, perform preventive maintenance, and document all activities in our service management systems.
