The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of its finance function and support the next stage of growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager or a senior Site Accountant looking to step into a broader leadership role. You'll be one of the main finance resources for the business, combining hands-on financial control with commercial support and business partnering.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll provide meaningful insights, improve reporting processes and help drive informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end ownership of the finance function
- Monthly management reporting and analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- Financial planning and performance analysis
- Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders
- Monitoring business performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Managing compliance, controls and statutory requirements
- Supporting strategic business initiatives and decision-making
About You
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Site Accountant or similar role
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production or a related industry
- Strong management reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability
- Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- A hands-on approach and willingness to operate across both strategic and transactional activities
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
