Duties
Your duties as a Senior Strata Manager include but are not limited to:
- Day to day management of your own portfolio - this will commence with 10 buildings and grow gradually
- Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporation & Executive Committees
- Prepare and undertake AGM's, EGM's etc
- Arrange access for quotes & repairs, and manage budgets
- Liaise with internal Insurance, Compliance and Finance teams for your schemes
Specific Requirements
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager with solid knowledge of the Act
- Have a customer-centric focus and ability to operate autonomously
- Strata License, car and drivers license
