Maybe you’ve hit a ceiling where you are.

Maybe you’re doing the work of a lead SCA without the title or salary.

Or you just want more responsibility with a better builder around you.

You’d initially start as the lead SCA on a $60million project in Bankstown that starts next year.

Procurement is happening now and an experienced SCA is needed due to other CA's going on maternity leave.

You’ll work with good subbies who are paid on time and a management team that understands construction.

You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and get on with your job without being left on your own.

There’s a reason staff stay here for an average of 7 years and why retention has been 91% over the last 2 years.

You’ll earn $180-$230k package + a yearly bonus in July.

Salary insurance, birthdays off, health benefits and company trips are some of the other perks.

Plus, you’ll have WFH and flexibility around your site and office hours.

And what about the company?

Privately owned for over 30 years, they’ve built an excellent reputation for quality project delivery, looking after their staff and maintaining long-term client relationships.

There’s a big focus on wellbeing with paid yoga, PT, cycling events and touch footy.

They’re also a family-friendly business with partners and kids regularly included at company events.

Plus, they have a cracking brand new office in St Leonards.

This role sounds great, but what experience are you looking for?

If you can tick the following 4 boxes, we’d love to have a chat.

  • You’ve got strong experience as a CA/SCA and have delivered $20million+ new build projects in Australia.
  • You’re commercially strong and confident managing procurement, head contracts, variations and cost reporting.
  • You’ve mentored junior CA’s or cadets before and enjoy helping develop others.
  • You’re ready to be the lead SCA on projects and want the responsibility and autonomy that comes with it.
