We’re looking for a reliable Factory Hand / Labourer to join our team and support day-to-day operations on the factory floor.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on role assisting across multiple areas of the factory. You’ll be working alongside our team to keep things running smoothly and support production where needed.
The role includes
- Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness across the factory
- Assisting with spray painting
- Fitting seals into frames
- Keeping workstations stocked and organised
- Tailing out and assisting machine operators
- Stacking and moving timber
- Supporting different sections including sash & door and framing
- Assisting with loading trucks for delivery
This is a physical role and requires someone comfortable being on their feet and working in a fast-paced environment.
