Shamrock Civil Engineering is seeking a motivated HSEQ (Health Safety Environment & Quality) Advisor to join our Townsville team.
You will work closely with operational teams to maintain and improve safety standards, drive continuous improvement and mentor staff in the HSE system.
Reporting to the Head of HSEQT, you will review subcontractors, conduct site inductions, lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with WHS and environmental legislation in a dynamic civil construction setting.
