We’re looking for a Site Engineer and Project Engineer who are eager to progress their career with a leading Civil Contracting company, overseeing Civil Construction projects across the Logan region ranging from $5m - $70m. Shadforth offers long-term career opportunities, a strong pipeline of work and is dedicated to the growth and professional development of its employees. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals, broaden your skills and take the next step in your career. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for daily project activities to ensure project outcomes are met in accordance with contractual and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
- Manage construction planning, programming and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Cost tracking and reporting to the Project Manager
- Quality Assurance documentation
- Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting and claims
- Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
