About the Role

You'll coordinate insurance and warranty claims across our vehicle and heavy plant fleet, ensuring claims are processed efficiently, documentation is accurate and matters are followed through to completion.

This is a office-based role within our busy workshop environment, working alongside the teams who maintain and operate our fleet.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy workshop environment.

Ideally, you'll have

  • Experience in warranty administration, insurance claims, dealership service administration or a similar role.
  • An understanding of insurance and/or warranty processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities.
  • Candidates must hold a current Australian Manual Drivers licence.

Experience with trucks, heavy plant or construction equipment will be highly regarded, although candidates with transferable automotive or dealership experience are encouraged to apply.
