Your Role as Early Childhood Teacher
As a ECT, you’ll be the pedagogical heartbeat of the service—leading with clarity, compassion, and purpose. You will:
- Lead curriculum development and embed high‑quality educational programs
- Mentor, coach and uplift educators to deliver best‑practice learning experiences
- Strengthen documentation, planning cycles and reflective practice
- Support compliance across NQS, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
- Build meaningful relationships with families and community partners
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success
About You
You’re a confident, values‑driven educator who thrives in collaborative environments and brings out the best in others. You understand the power of early learning and the importance of strong, supportive teams.
To succeed, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA‑approved)
- Experience as an ECT a must
- Solid knowledge of the NQS and EYLF frameworks
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
