SGCH in Redfern, NSW, is seeking a Building Compliance Specialist to own our building compliance and planned maintenance programs, ensuring statutory obligations and essential fire safety measures are met across our portfolio.
You will work with contractors, regulators and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and deliver compliant, well-maintained homes for our customers.
The role requires travel to SGCH locations and reports to the Compliance and Fire Safety Manager.
