Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments like sales, marketing, and operations teams to conduct financial analysis and modelling, in order to provide financial insights that support their strategic decisions.
- Strong interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that financial insights are effectively utilized across the organization.
- Prepare reports for management that summarize business performance.
- Validate timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Review and data entry of outsourcing labor related information as directed, and reconciliation of vendor statements if necessary.
- Assist in execution of ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- A proactive attitude with the ability to follow up tasks independently and ensure timely completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting systems.
