We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Coordinator to lead the operation, security and continuous improvement of our technology environment across 10 schools, 2 early learning centres and the Corporate Office.
Reporting to the System ICT Manager, you will provide technical leadership for infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, cloud services and strategic technology projects while leading a skilled team of ICT professionals.
This is an opportunity to influence the future direction of ICT services, strengthen cybersecurity, and deliver reliable technology that supports students, staff and school communities across North New South Wales.

What You'll Do
- Lead infrastructure, network and cloud operations.
- Drive cybersecurity improvements and risk reduction initiatives.
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades and strategic technology projects.
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
- Collaborate with schools, leaders and vendors to deliver reliable ICT services.
- Contribute to the ongoing maturity and improvement of ICT services across the organisation.
What You'll Bring
- Deep technical experience across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services and infrastructure operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management and system hardening.
- Experience designing, implementing and supporting modern infrastructure environments.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring to ICT staff.
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects and service improvements.
