Recruitment Counsellor (Vietnamese Speaking)
SET Education is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Vietnamese-speaking Recruitment Counselor to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising prospective students and their families on study opportunities in Australia, and supporting them throughout the application and enrollment process. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the Australian education sector.
Key responsibilities
Provide professional guidance to prospective students and their families on studying in Australia
Deliver accurate and up-to-date information on Australian institutions, programs, and admission pathways
Advise students on suitable academic pathways based on their goals and profile
Coordinate with internal departments and partner institutions to ensure timely and accurate preparation of application and visa documents
Follow up with students throughout the enrollment journey, from initial consultation to departure
Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, and branding activities as required
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
About you
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred Business, Marketing or Education)
Ability to communicate in Vietnamese is a must
Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian education system, including institutions, programs, and visa procedures
Prior experience in study abroad counseling is an advantage
Strong research capabilities with the ability to gather and interpret relevant information
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure
